Wyoming Execution Agents, LLC endorses deeds, contracts, and instruments on behalf of decentralized autonomous organizations — solely upon a verified attestation from the Vaulnox SENTINEL Trusted Execution Environment, and with zero discretion over any management or governance affair.
We sign only what the attestation engine has already approved. Nothing else.
A Wyoming DAO LLC is managed algorithmically and confidentially inside the SENTINEL TEE — its virtual operating agreement. But a blockchain cannot hold a pen. When the world outside the chain requires a human signature, that signature is ours.
Each Covered Operating Agreement generated through SENTINEL names WEA as Authorized Signer. We hold standing consent to serve for every such entity — recorded and attested under the Wyoming Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act.
We execute deeds, mortgages, contracts, banking documents, statements of authority, and any other instrument an entity needs to act in the physical and legal world — bridging on-chain governance to off-chain effect.
We provide no management function and exercise no judgment over any governance affair. We do not decide, advise, vote, or direct. We endorse what the attestation engine has approved — and only that.
Authority flows in one direction only: a governance decision is taken inside the enclave, attested by the hardware itself, verified by us, and pressed into a signature. Each step is conditioned on the one before it.
The entity’s members act through the SENTINEL Trusted Execution Environment. The decision — a transfer, an authorization, an instrument to be signed — is made algorithmically and confidentially, governed by the entity’s smart-contract operating agreement.
SENTINEL produces a remote attestation — signed by the processor itself — certifying the genuine, unaltered code and the specific governance decision behind the request. The attestation is the authorization. No attestation, no authority.
We receive and verify the attestation against the published enclave measurement and hardware root. Action taken in good-faith reliance on a valid attestation is conclusively presumed to meet our standard of care. Anything outside a verified attestation is ultra vires and void.
Only then do we sign. For any counterparty, we can furnish an excerpt of the operating agreement, the specific attestation, and a certificate of authority referencing it — a statement of authority a third party may rely on conclusively.
The strength of an execution agent is the precision of its limits. Ours are written into every operating agreement and into the Master Authorized Signer Agreement.
WEA is a Wyoming limited liability company whose sole member is Vaulnox International, LLC. Its authority to sign is conferred, conditioned, and bounded by Wyoming law and by the instruments that name it.
Each Covered Operating Agreement is effective as a statement of authority — counterparties may rely on the agreement, the attestation, and our certificate of authority.
Our standing consent to serve, and each endorsement, are recorded and attested electronically with the same force as a wet signature.

The integrity of an entity’s governance and the chain of succession of its membership are independently verifiable on a public blockchain. The identities, holdings, and votes behind them are not. Every instrument we endorse traces back to a specific attestation — proof of authority without disclosure of the people.
