We serve Wyoming Decentralized Autonomous Organization LLCs as the named authorized signer. You compute the decision; we execute and record it. Fees are charged per attestation — shown plainly, never bundled.

Fees payable per event. No annual standing fee unless separately agreed. Each execution upon a valid attestation, and each material event anchored, is one event.
Named in the operating agreement
We are named the authorized signer in the entity's operating agreement, generated through your governance.
Standing consent of record
Our consent to serve is recorded and attested electronically under the Wyoming UETA and the federal E-SIGN Act.
Per-attestation execution
Thereafter we execute only upon a valid attestation. Anything outside a verified attestation is void.
