Why Wyoming. Why a brand.
Wyoming registered the first Decentralized Autonomous Organization LLC. It is also the state where a cattle brand — a geometric glyph filed with the State Brand Inspector — has stood for authentic, permanent ownership for a century and a half. We work at that intersection: algorithmic governance, recorded as a brand.
The Statute
A recognized form, a defined office.
The Wyoming DAO LLC Supplement gives algorithmically managed entities legal form, and the Wyoming LLC Act gives an operating agreement the force of a statement of authority. We hold a single, defined office within that frame — authorized signer — and exercise no management discretion.
