From a computed decision to a permanent record.
Authority moves in one direction. A decision is computed by the entity’s governance, verified against its rules, signed, assigned an ID, and entered into the ledger. Each stage is conditioned on the one before it. The entity issues this record from one end; a counterparty relies on it from the other.
- 01
Request
Your governance authorizes an instrument — a deed, a contract, a banking document — and submits the document for signature with its supporting attestation report.
- 02
Algorithmic Review
The attestation report is checked against the entity's rules of authority. Quorum, scope, and conditions are confirmed by computation, not by judgment. We hold no discretion over the outcome.
- 03
Cryptographic Signing
Once the report verifies, the instrument is signed. The signature binds the entity to the document and fixes its contents — nothing further can be altered without a new attestation.
- 04
Attestation ID Issued
A unique attestation ID is minted and returned. The ID is the public handle of the record — shown, never hidden — and can be verified by anyone at any time.
- 05
Permanent Record
The endorsement is entered into the ledger and held of record. Like a brand filed with the State, it is witnessed, registered, and permanent.
The instrument we issue.
Every endorsement closes with an Attestation Report — a certificate of attestation bearing the entity, the instrument, the ID, and the seal. It is not a notarial act; it is the authorized signer’s own certificate, of record.
This certifies that the instrument below was duly executed on behalf of the named entity by the undersigned authorized signer, and entered into the ledger as a permanent record.
