Holding a document? Confirm it is enforceable.
You have received a deed, contract, or other instrument executed by Wyoming Execution Agents on behalf of a Wyoming Decentralized Autonomous Organization LLC. This page explains why that signature binds the entity — and how to confirm, in minutes, that the document is of record and enforceable.
A chain of authority you can follow.
Enforceability is not a matter of trust. It is a matter of record — four links, each one you can inspect.
A named authorized signer
A statement of authority
Executed on a valid attestation
A certificate of authority
Together, these let you rely — conclusively — that the instrument was duly executed and binds the entity.
- 01
Find the attestation ID
It is printed on the instrument as ATT-0x…, beside our Bar W seal. The ID is the public handle of the record — shown, never hidden.
- 02
Verify the ID
Paste it into the verifier. Confirm the status reads ATTESTED or ENDORSED and that the entity of record matches the name on your document.
- 03
Download the reliance package
Once verified, the package — certificate of authority, attestation report, and statement-of-authority excerpt — generates instantly. Download or print it for your file. Everything is electronic; there is no office to contact.
The line is the attestation.
A signature on its own does not bind the entity. A signature made on a valid attestation does. Verification is what tells the two apart — which is why we put the ID on the document.
- ✓Executed upon a valid attestation, with an ID printed on the instrument.
- ✓Status reads ATTESTED or ENDORSED, and the entity of record matches the document.
- ✓The reliance package downloads instantly — certificate of authority, attestation report, and excerpt.
The instrument binds the entity. A third party may rely on it.
- ×No attestation ID accompanies the document, or none can be verified.
- ×The ID returns a revoked status, or no record of this office.
- ×A signature given outside a verified attestation — purported, but unauthorized.
Such an act is ultra vires and void as to the entity. Do not rely on it.
The authorities behind the record.
Wyoming gives a DAO LLC legal form and gives its operating agreement the force of a statement of authority. You are not relying on us — you are relying on the statute, and on a record you can verify yourself.
