Attested
The Vaulnox SENTINEL Trusted Execution Environment has confirmed that the company’s own governance approved this instrument, and the approval is inside its authorization window. The office’s signing has not yet been entered on the record.
An attested result can lapse. If the window closes before the instrument is signed, the ID stops returning a record.
Endorsed
The office has signed the instrument upon that attestation. Signing is an executed fact, so an endorsed record no longer depends on the authorization window.
Of Record
The instrument is signed and the record has been anchored on a public blockchain. The attestation report in the reliance package then shows the anchor, including the transaction, so a reader can look it up independently of this office.
No Record
The page reads “No record · not of record” and offers no download. It gives the same answer in each of these cases:
- The ID was mistyped, or this office never issued it.
- The attestation was revoked. A revoked attestation is final and does not return to a valid status.
- The attestation lapsed before the instrument was signed.
The page does not say which case applies. Check the ID against the printed instrument, character by character, and try again. If it still returns no record, do not rely on the signature, and ask the party who gave you the document for an explanation.
What To Do With a Valid Result
- Compare the entity of record on the screen with the company named in your document. They must match.
- Select “Download reliance package”. The package includes the attestation report and the excerpt of the operating agreement that names the signer.
- Save or print the package for your file. The download link is signed and expires in 60 minutes. Verifying the ID again produces a new link.
No account is needed, and the office does not verify an attestation by telephone.
What a Result Does Not Tell You
- The terms of the instrument. They stay confidential. The record identifies the instrument and the company.
- Whether a deed has been recorded with the county. “Of record” on this site refers to the office’s own record. For Wyoming real property, see Can a Wyoming DAO LLC Own Real Estate?
- Notarization. The attestation report is the authorized signer’s own certificate and is not a notarial act.
- Whether the company was properly formed. Wyoming Execution Agents makes no representation that any particular DAO LLC complies with W.S. § 17-31.
SENTINEL is owned and operated by Vaulnox International, LLC, a separate company. Wyoming Execution Agents acts only as authorized signer.
